Terms and conditions for B2B wholesale
- The goods are intended for resale or processing for the purpose of selling the final product
- You are a professional organic food retailer or processor with a valid business license and a functional website
- Minimum purchase value before discount is 5.000 CZK
- A lower purchase value is possible for occasional replenishment, as long as the monthly purchase does not fall below 20.000 CZK
- Wholesale discount is 20% of retail prices including VAT
- Invoices for new customers are payable in advance or on delivery; deferred invoicing is possible for regular customers
